WorkCafe

The WorkCafé™ provides you professional workspace, on-demand or under contract.
WorkCafé™ Walk-In is the on-demand option, open during our normal business hours. $19.00 buys a half-day, or $25.00 a full-day in the WorkCafé™, and with that you get:

• an allocation of high-speed printing and copying (50 b/w per 1/2 day)
  extras or color prints/copies available at “street” prices
• access to comb binding equipment, high speed scanner, and other office tools/supplies
• unlimited coffee/tea/filtered water
• a place to stow your belongings so you can run errands or go to lunch
• a workstation with a powered outlet and 802.11ac/n/g/b WiFi access

To use WorkCafé™ Walk-In, come to the ExecuCenter Reception and purchase 1/2 day or full-day access from the office manager. Tickets for access are also available at various locations in Corning’s Gaffer District starting in July 2015.

WorkCafé™ Memberships are the contract options. By contracting in advance and passing a background check, you can become a Client. Examples of the available plans:

• WorkCafé™24/FLEX provides access for a number of visits that you pay for over 12 months, starting at only $150/month, on a retainer contract. If you don’t buy enough you can add more. If you contract for too many, you can carry-over the excess (limits apply) if you re-up your contract for the ensuing term.
• WorkCafé™24/365 provides virtually unlimited access to the WorkCafé™ for the contract term, including off-hours access, also under a retainer contract.

Here you get dedicated resources with the tools and services you want, in a secure place to work, away from the hassles you don’t need. Copy, print and shred. Bind reports, proposals and brochures.
